PORTRAITURE FEES

We are currently scheduling Spring/Summer 2009 outdoor photo sessions. My wife and I have been taking photographs in Southern Maine for many years now and we are starting to branch out into portrait photography. We do custom editing/proofing of all our images using state-of-the-art imaging software to make sure they are as perfect as possible before posting them in a secure/password protected Portfolio on our Website for you to view and purchase. If you are questioning what you should wear to the shoot, we recommend just being yourself. Wearing comfortable/everyday clothing is the answer. Our goal is to capture “You” in an environment that you see fit and feel most comfortable in.

We will create a relaxed atmosphere for you and make the shoot fun for all. The shoots usually last anywhere between one to three hours and are never rushed. We will work closely with you to compose the portraits that capture everyone's unique personality and emotions. Our style ranges from structured poses to candid, fun and relaxed, which we find turns out to be the best photos that really speak to the viewer!

Our shooting fee is $30.00 and we will travel up to 2 locations of your choice on the day of the shoot to take photos of you, your family, friends, children, high school seniors, pets etc. An extra $.50 per mile will be added if the location(s) are further than 25 miles from Scarborough, Maine.

Below, we have listed our standard portrait prices for a few of the more common sized prints/canvas options available. In addition to the standard print, many more sizes/options are available and we offer a variety of other items for displaying your favorite image(s). Any one of your images can easily be made into a puzzle, mouse pad, key chain, coffee mug, t-shirt, sweatshirt, magnet, coasters, buttons, postcard, playing cards, etc. A description and sample photo of these items are available with the click of a button within your image portfolio.

STANDARD PRINTS

Single portrait prices for common sized prints in glossy, luster or metallic finishes (add $1.00 for metallic print finishes 8 x 10 and smaller. Add $3.00 for metallic prints larger than 8 x 10. An additional charge will be applied for all customized post-production images.) Many other print sizes are also available.

HEAVY DUTY CANVAS PRINTS

1) Mounted: Printed on heavy duty PremierArt Water Resistant Canvas, then finished with a dry lamination process that is UV and water resistant. The canvas is stretched and then wrapped over a 1 3/8" thick wooden frame. Your photo extends to cover the sides of the frame for a beautiful presentation.

Note: Since the outer edge of your photo will be used for the sides of the frame, not all of your photo will be visible when an admirer views it from the front.

2) Rolled: Printed on heavy duty PremierArt Water Resistant Canvas, then finished with a dry lamination process that is UV and water resistant. Rolled canvas prints are more affordable than our Mounted Canvas Prints, because they are not mounted on a wooden frame. Your rolled canvas will come with extra canvas on the edges to provide many framing options. They ship rolled, in very sturdy tubes.
